Once again Wolfe, Mottola & Sons came through. I had a roof with some major wind damage resulting in leaks in a tenant's bathroom. It was the first time I had made a claim for a roof, and WM&S made it very easy. Linda was terrific setting it up, (even while she was on vacation!) and Todd answered all my questions along the way, again, very patiently and thoroughly. The CertainTeed Lifetime Landmark Pro Architectural Shingles look solid and come with a 10-year transferability warranty if you sell the property. I look at roofs now when walking around and the flashing, corners, ridge vents, bay windows, roof line, ... all of it looks solid with clean lines. I don't have the worry anymore about any leaks or issues for my own house or tenants. It's awesome. Thanks Linda, Todd, and everyone at WM&S... again.

Todd Wolfe came by promptly to estimate my roof replacement. He was courteous, professional, and personable. He is a very likable guy who puts you at ease immediately and is completely customer oriented. He was easy to work with when i asked for some additional services after he quoted his price. When I selected him, we worked out a date quickly. On that date, he and his crew were there on time and finished early. Quality of the job is first rate and the roof looks great. No hassles, no problems and a competitive price. The yard was cleaned up and the old shingles and debris were gone by the next day. Nothing around my home was harmed in any way.

I selected this company after obtaining multiple quotes for roof replacement. The quote was for the exact same materials and repairs that the other companies had quoted but at a more reasonable price. Todd Wolfe contacted me within 24 hours of initial inquiry and scheduled to come assess the roof within 3 days. He explained the type of work that would be required as well as detailing the materials that would be used. Once we selected this company to accomplish the work Todd was able to schedule us within 2 weeks. Prior to our scheduled date Todd was proactive in contacting me regarding the weather which resulted in a 2 day delay but he was out with his crew once the weather was reasonable. His team was professional and arrived promptly in the morning and completed the work by mid afternoon, afterwards they cleaned up the work area of all debris. The valleys beside the dormers now have woven shingles covering that area instead to the colored aluminum used by the original builders. This is a very professional business with no high-pressure tactics. I thought I needed a roof repair but Todd took photos and showed me the problems with the roof, plus I also found the original receipt stating that the roof was 25 years old. The roof was solid, however, and in one day his crew was able to install a new roof over the old one. Everyone that I encountered, from the office staff to the work crew were very courteous and professional. After the work was completed they carefully cleaned up around the house. They went the extra mile for me. Although I hired Wolfe Mottola to replace my roof, I also had an issue with water collecting near my home. Todd purchased and installed a long PVC pipe to my gutter.
